Mens and Womens Teams
Cambridge Squash Club have 4 men’s and 1 ladies teams competing in the Cambridgeshire squash leagues. We cater for a wide range of players from county standard at the top of the 1st team, down to improving club players in the lower leagues. Playing team squash is a great way to improve your game, meet new players, and have some fun. You can see how all our teams are doing here.
What is the format and when are matches played?
The team matches are played on weekday evenings, usually starting at 7pm. Each league has a different night that matches are normally played on with some variations. Each team has 5 players who play a match against their corresponding number in the opposing team. The game scores from the matches decide the final score. The season runs from mid-September to the end of March.
I am interested in joining a team, how do I do it?
If you are interested in playing for any of the men’s or women’s teams contact our 1st team captain Ali Dawson who will give you some more information and arrange a time to discuss what team might be best for you. We have a team for anyone!

Cambridge Squash Club is the biggest and most comprehensive squash club in the Cambridge area. We are a volunteer-run, not-for-profit community sports club dedicated to the promotion of Squash and Racketball.
